Trailer Trashing (Double-Feature): Hellcats + First Spaceship on Venus

This one was a bit troublesome, but still lots of fun to produce. For this episode of Trailer Trashing, I tackle two trailers and an old intermission ad. Enjoy, because this is probably the last episode for another week or two. Leave your thoughts below in a comment!

  1. I often use Gold Medal Brand Flower (TM) although it has never given me a sense of, what did they say, confidence?

No. No extra confidence in Gold Medal Brand Flower. Maybe they had to stop adding it back in the '70s during the big Confidence Scare.

  2. This is hilarious. One thing I noticed is that the sound was a little off. It sort of sounded like you were recording the riffs in a library and were trying to be quiet or something. Just something I thought you might want to be aware of.

    Great job!

  3. Jeff: Do you use it when you just need to be yourself, though?

Jess: Yeah, I record the audio with headphones on. I'll try to be more aware of the volume of my voice. Thanks!

  4. Haha yeah, I was actually going to say the same thing about the sound as Jess, it's funny but I feel like if I laugh too loud, I'm gonna get hit with a ruler or shushed by some terrible dinosaur of an old lady.

Also, Gold Medal Brand Flour (TM) does allow me to be myself, which is nice, but sometimes I want to be someone else, in which case, I use Acme Flour (BM)* because it makes me feel badass.

    *BM = bowel movement.
